There are now more choices for home buyers to buy their homes in Richmond. For condo buyers who want to be close to the City and not having to pay the $500 per sq ft price for the new condos in the City Centre, I totally agree with your suggestion that there are some good condos at Moffatt Rd and Minoru Blvd selling at very affordable prices.
